SEE THE WIKI for info about Doriki & Haki.
I am in absolutely no way an expert in PvP.
Generally the PvP system in MMnM is decently made.
If you don't mind being cringe, the most OP thing in my opinion is stuns and blindness, then attacking from a distance. Fruits like Gasu Gasu no Mi, Hie Hie no Mi, and Pika Pika no Mi have this for example.

You obviously need to experiment on your own, but some tips:
- Change your controls to whatever's comfortable for you
- Have both melee and ranged attacks in your arsenal, depending on your fighting style, you may need to outsource things such as dials, swords, etc.
- Have gap closers and escape tools. Abilities can do this, but also Ender Pearls (underrated)
- Use Haki
- Aura Haki will counter the effects of blindness
- If you haven't unlocked Fullbody Haki, or wish to save it in a fight, be sure to have Protection IV armour, use Tekkai and Resistance potions as a substitute. These things can also stack with Fullbody.
- Use Kami-E as a substitute for Futuresight in a pinch
- Use Totems
- Use support features (Doctor health regen, devil fruit regen, and other regen/damage buff things)
- You can use Ender Pearls as a gap closer when stunned by certain abilities
- Some abilities such as Raigo have an AoE (area of effect) on the outer edges which will deal less damage than being near the center of it. So use mobility abilities or Ender Pearls to reach these safer areas
